Same brain.
New bodies.
The thing we are building is not an app.
It is the missing layer in the AI stack. The layer that stores who you are, what you want, what you have asked for, and what still needs doing. The layer that turns raw model output into genuine intelligence. Context, memory, goal-directed execution.
That layer does not exist yet. We are building it.
And once it exists, once the brain layer is real, the interface it runs through becomes almost beside the point. A web app. A phone. A pair of glasses. A humanoid robot standing next to you at work. Same brain. New body. The intelligence compounds regardless of where it lives.
This is what we are building toward.
Phase 01 · Live now
The Foundation.
The first deployment of the brain layer is a personal AI chief of staff. COSAI for teams: agentic workflows, approval gates, full audit trail. Aldric on iOS: voice, memory, and execution in your pocket.
Not because a web app or an iPhone app is the endgame. Because that is the fastest way to build the brain with real context, real users, real preferences, real data.
The brain layer needs to learn. Every conversation, every completed task, every preference you express, it accumulates. After a week it knows your world. After a month it thinks like you. After a year it is the most capable thing in your corner.
This is where the brain layer learns.
Phase 02 · 2026
The screen disappears.
A screen is an interface. A bad one. It requires you to stop what you are doing, pull out a device, unlock it, find the app, open it, type. Every step is friction between you and your AI.
Ray-Ban Meta. Apple Glasses in 2027. The screen goes away. The intelligence stays. Your AI moves with you, in your ear, in your vision, responding to what you see and hear without you ever breaking stride.
The interface becomes invisible. The brain layer does not.
And because the brain is the same brain, same context, same memory, same trained understanding of who you are, nothing resets. You pick up a conversation mid-thought that started on your phone two days ago. The body changed. The intelligence did not.
Phase 03 · 2027
Agents that talk to each other.
Right now, coordinating with another person means email chains, Slack threads, calendar invites sent by hand. Every back-and-forth is friction that should not exist.
The next step is simple: your Aldric talks to their Aldric. You say "schedule a call with Mark next week." Aldric finds Mark's availability, proposes a time, gets confirmation, books it. No email. No thread. No waiting. Both of you just get a notification that it is done.
This is what coordination looks like when agents handle it. Not a better calendar tool. Not a smarter email client. The work actually disappears.
And the network compounds. One Aldric user in a team is useful. Five is necessary. Ten is the default. Every person who joins makes every other Aldric more capable, because the agents can reach each other directly.
Phase 04 · 2028
Physical intelligence.
Figure. Tesla Optimus. Boston Dynamics Atlas. Humanoid robots are entering the workforce right now. The hardware problem is solved. Legs, arms, hands, cameras, sensors. All of it exists and works.
What is not solved: the brain.
A robot without context is just an expensive actuator. It does not know who you are, what you care about, or what you asked for last Tuesday. It executes instructions. It does not think.
That is the same problem we solved for humans starting in 2025. The same context engine. The same memory primitives. The same goal-directed execution model. Just running in a different body. One with hands.
The robot that works alongside you does not need to be retrained every morning. It already knows your priorities, your preferences, who you trust, and what needs doing. Because the brain it runs on is your brain layer. The one you have been building since you first talked to Aldric.
Phase 05 · The endgame
The operating system for intelligent agents.
At some point the brain layer stops being a product and starts being infrastructure. The standard that every intelligent agent, digital or physical, runs on. The layer that makes the difference between a machine that executes and an agent that knows.
Vertical agentic models, trained on your world, deployed across every device, tool, and robot that touches your life. Agents that talk to other agents. Skills that transfer across hardware. A network of agents, each with the full picture.
That is not a prediction. That is the plan.
Infrastructure always wins.
Every transformational technology follows the same pattern. The companies that win are not the ones building applications on top of the stack. They are the ones building the stack itself.
There are five layers in AI infrastructure. Four of them are already owned.
The fifth layer, the brain layer, is where context, memory, training data, and execution intelligence live. That is what separates a model from an agent. That layer is currently empty. That is where COSAI sits.
The total addressable market is not “AI chief of staff software.” It is the operating system for every intelligent agent on earth. Every person. Every robot. Every device that moves and thinks.
That is a different number.
This starts with one person talking to Aldric about their calendar.
It ends with a brain layer running inside everything that moves.
